Last year, Sushant Singh Rajput and debutant Sanjana Sanghi
Last year, Sushant Singh Rajput and debutant Sanjana Sanghi kickstarted the shooting of Kizie Aur Manny in Jamshedpur, which is the official adaptation of The fault in our stars. While the title of the was kept on the names of the lead characters, the makers have now changed it to Dil Bechara. Talking about the sudden title change, Rucha Pathak, Chief Creative Officer of Fox Star Studios told Mumbai Mirror, "AR Rahman, who is composing the music, shared a vibrant and fun number, with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. When we heard the song, we found our title in it. It perfectly embodies the theme of our film."
Director of the film Mukesh Chhabra said the earlier title was based on the primary characters but they changed it by keeping the audience's perspective in mind. "But in retrospect, we felt that viewers would only connect with it after watching the film while Dil Charade is self-explanatory and people will instantly relate to it." Produced under the banner of Fox Star Studios, the film is set to hit the screens in mid-2019.
On the professional front, Sushant will be next seen in Sonchiriya. The dacoit drama also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Ranvir Shorey, Manoj Bajpayee and Ashutosh Rana in key roles. Directed by Dedh Ishqiya and Udta Punjab helmer Abhishek Chaubey, the film is set to hit the screens on March 1 and will lock horns with Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's Luka Chuppi.
